Dongjak-gu, Seoul (Mayor Park Il-ha) will hold the "Dad Healing Music Talk Show" at the Space Sallim Multipurpose Hall on the 20th of this month. This event is organized by the Dongjak-gu Family Center to strengthen the caregiving capabilities of male caregivers and the emotional bonds with their children.
The music talk show will take place from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., featuring a parenting concerns talk show and a vocal performance. The group "Daddy Voice," composed of dad musicians, will appear as speakers. The program is open to 100 fathers and their elementary school children residing in Dongjak-gu, and residents who wish to apply can do so through the Dongjak-gu Family Center website.
Meanwhile, the district plans to relocate the Dongjak-gu Family Center from Sadang 2-dong to Sangdo 1-dong in October this year. A needs survey will be conducted over two months starting this month to incorporate residents' opinions into the new programs to be offered at the newly opened family center.
