'Digital Healthcare' Dubu Signs Agreement with Dobong Disabled Welfare Center to Support Infant Development

Digital healthcare company Dubu announced on the 5th that it has signed a business agreement with Dobong Disabled Comprehensive Welfare Center to support the healthy growth and development of slow-developing infants and toddlers in the Dobong-gu area. This business agreement was made to establish a social support system that can enhance intervention accessibility and improvement possibilities for slow development through cooperation between community-based social welfare services and digital solutions.

Dubu will participate in the Smart Guide Consulting project conducted by the Dobong Disabled Comprehensive Welfare Center and support its developmental solutions, Dubu Homes and Dubu Pang. Dubu Homes is a one-on-one remote customized developmental coaching solution for caregivers, and Dubu Pang is an application that helps children's cognitive development through game-based task performance. Through this project, slow-developing infants and toddlers and their families in the Dobong-gu area will be provided with the most necessary form of service as the 'Dobong-type Curriculum,' offering welfare information tailored to each situation and customized coaching according to developmental status.


Song Mi-young, Head of Business at Dubu, said, “We believe digital technology can solve various issues experienced in the field related to infant and toddler development, such as accessibility and lack of experts.” She added, “Starting with participation in this project, we will continue close collaboration with local governments and public institutions to reach more places that need Dubu’s solutions.” Lee Sang-rok, Director of Dobong Disabled Comprehensive Welfare Center, said, “We are pleased that this agreement can create a case of digital transformation of social welfare services that support the development of slow-developing infants and toddlers and their families.” He added, “We will do our best to make this a turning point connecting the local community and digital technology through close cooperation with Dubu.”
