Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District (left), signed a business agreement with the Korea Diplomatic Association, a non-profit organization, in the mayor's office on the afternoon of the 4th.
The signing ceremony was attended by Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, and Shin Bong-gil, President of the Korea Diplomatic Association. Through this cooperation with the Korea Diplomatic Association, which has expertise in diplomacy and a rich human network, the district aims to strengthen its international exchange activities.
The agreement includes ▲consultation on various exchange activities (education, culture, sports, etc.) between overseas sister cities ▲recommendation of experts with expertise in international relations and diplomatic networks.
Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, said, “I hope this agreement will be a good opportunity to enhance the district's diplomatic capabilities,” and added, “We will do our best to provide residents with diverse experiences through active exchange activities between overseas sister cities.”
