On June 5, Lotte ON announced the launch of its new advertising solution, 'Smart Sales Up,' and its commitment to supporting marketing efforts for its partner companies.
'Smart Sales Up' is an AI-based personalized recommendation advertising product that analyzes behavioral data such as Lotte ON customers' search keywords and purchase history through machine learning to display customized products for each customer.
Lotte ON expects the newly introduced 'Smart Sales Up' to help partner companies conduct marketing activities more efficiently and effectively. Previously, advertisers had to manually set complex parameters such as campaign duration, exposure areas, and keyword registration. However, with 'Smart Sales Up,' AI can operate personalized ads for each customer based on data by simply inputting basic information. Additionally, advertisers can select advertising strategies according to their goals and budgets for effective management. Options include 'Manual Bidding,' which sets a maximum bid price to manage budgets efficiently, and 'Smart Optimization,' which maintains stable performance by setting sales targets relative to advertising costs, allowing optimized ad management depending on the situation.
The newly launched 'Smart Sales Up' is expected to provide operational efficiency for partners and a positive shopping experience for customers. Since ads are displayed in a customized manner to customers interested in each product, efficiency can be maximized, and customers can quickly find the products they need by receiving recommendations tailored to their interests. In fact, during a two-month pilot operation involving over 3,000 partner companies to enhance Smart Sales Up, the average return on ad spend (ROAS) exceeded 2000%, demonstrating outstanding results.
