The Korea Importers Association announced on the morning of the 4th that it held the opening ceremony of the "21st Korea Import Fair" at COEX in Gangnam, Seoul.

The opening ceremony was attended by ambassadors from over 60 countries residing in Korea, the Director-General of Trade and Investment at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, economic organizations, and other key domestic and international figures.
Hosted by the Korea Importers Association and supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and KOTRA, the Korea Import Fair is the only B2B global sourcing specialized exhibition in Korea. It serves as a business matching platform where overseas companies wishing to enter the Korean market meet domestic buyers.
Kim Byung-kwan, Chairman of the Korea Importers Association, said in his welcoming remarks, "I hope this fair will be a great opportunity for domestic and overseas companies to build trustworthy business partnerships," and added, "We expect that the Korea Importers Association's continuous efforts to stabilize global supply chains and diversify import sources will greatly contribute to enhancing the global competitiveness of our companies."
The global distribution seminar, a side event of the fair, was so popular that it reached full capacity on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants included AliExpress, TikTok, and Alibaba.com.
The fair will be held at COEX Hall B until the 6th.
