Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is recruiting trainees to participate in the 'Alleyway Commercial District Gourmet Branding Academy' until the 10th.
The academy will be held once a week for 3 hours over a 9-week course from July to September on the 2nd floor of the Gwangsan-gu Regional Economic Vitalization Center. The program consists of a specialized course from a professional educational institution integrating theory and practice, including ▲restaurant management philosophy ▲future strategies and branding for restaurants ▲commercial district analysis and online marketing strategies ▲field trips to advanced sites.
The participants are 30 food service business operators (restaurant industry) with business locations in Gwangsan-gu. Those who wish to participate can submit an application form by visiting in person, online, or through an online form. The results of the trainee selection will be individually notified on the 12th.
