Anseong-si 'Hometown Love Donation Program Summer Event' Held

Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'Hometown Love Healthy Summer Event' from the 5th to the 26th to promote the Hometown Love Donation Program.

During the event period, the city will offer seven types of Anseongmachum Red Ginseng products at a special discount, and when selecting Anseongmachum Red Ginseng as a thank-you gift, red ginseng jelly will be given additionally. In particular, five items are unified at 30,000 KRW, allowing donors who contribute 100,000 KRW, which is fully tax-deductible, to receive red ginseng as a thank-you gift.

The Anseongmachum Red Ginseng provided in the event is one of the 'Anseongmachum' brands whose quality is guaranteed by Anseong City. The Anseongmachum brand embodies the craftsmanship spirit of traditional brassware makers, a pride of the Anseong region, and the horse bridle symbolizes integrity and trust, representing a promise to maintain quality.

The Hometown Love Donation Program allows individuals to donate up to 5 million KRW annually to local governments other than their place of residence. Donations up to 100,000 KRW are fully tax-deductible, and amounts exceeding that receive a 16.5% tax credit. Thank-you gifts are also provided within 30% of the donation amount. Donations can be made through the comprehensive Hometown Love Donation information system 'Hometown Love e-um' or at nationwide agricultural cooperatives.
