Jongno-gu Appoints Actor Gong Hyeongjin as Public Relations Ambassador

On the 3rd, Jongno-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jeong Munheon) announced on the 4th that actor Gong Hyeongjin was newly appointed as the district's public ambassador at the mayor's office. Actor Gong Hyeongjin, who graduated from Cheongun Middle School and Gyeongbok High School, has a deep connection with Jongno, having also been active on the Daehangno theater stage. The term of the public ambassador is two years.

In addition to actor Gong Hyeongjin, Jongno-gu previously appointed actor Oh Manseok, actor Seo Jiseok, and singer Song Minkyeong as the district's first public ambassadors in 2023. They participate in Jongno-gu festivals and various event stages, promoting Jongno-gu to all generations and helping to enhance the district's brand image.
