Selection of Resident Companies for 8 Startup Centers by the 17th
Targeting Companies Within 7 Years of Establishment and Prospective Entrepreneurs... Offering Various Benefits Including Facility Support, Business Support, and Coaching Support
Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) is recruiting companies to move into the Jungnang Startup Support Center until the 17th of this month.
Opened in 2022, the Jungnang Startup Support Center is an institution equipped with a specialized system for business growth, discovering and nurturing promising startups in the 4th industrial revolution sectors, helping early-stage startups establish a foundation for growth.
In this recruitment, the center will select a total of 8 companies: 3 companies to move into 'independent offices' and 5 companies to move into 'shared offices.' The independent office is an individual space of about 22㎡, while the shared office is a common use space of about 250㎡. The lease periods also differ. Independent offices can be renewed annually for up to 5 years, and shared offices can be renewed annually for up to 3 years.
The recruitment targets are companies established within 7 years as of the announcement date and prospective entrepreneurs. Preference is given to companies in new technology fields of the 4th industrial revolution such as AI, Metaverse, and Internet of Things, but companies in manufacturing, content, and technical service sectors can also apply.
Companies moving into the center can receive benefits such as ▲facility support including various equipment, meeting rooms, and filming rooms △business support including expert consultations on law, accounting, and patents, policy fund linkage support, and one-stop startup consultation services ▲coaching support including government-supported project proposal coaching, educational services, and industry-academia cooperation networks.
Companies wishing to move in can apply by submitting an application form and business plan via email or by visiting the Jungnang Startup Support Center. After document and interview evaluations, the final companies will be announced on August 16.
