According to the Jungbu Police Station in Seoul, the accident occurred around 5:15 PM on the 3rd, resulting in one person sustaining serious injuries and another person minor injuries.
Breathalyzer tests confirmed that the driver, Mr. A, was not under the influence of alcohol.
The police have taken Mr. A into custody and are investigating the detailed circumstances of the accident.
