On the afternoon of the 3rd, President Yoon Suk-yeol presented letters of credence to 12 newly appointed heads of overseas diplomatic missions at the Yongsan Presidential Office.
The newly appointed envoys who received their letters of credence on this day were Ambassador Kim Pan-gyu to Nigeria, Ambassador Yoon Yeon-jin to Morocco, Ambassador Kim Pil-woo to Jordan, Ambassador Kim Deuk-hwan to Guatemala, Ambassador Park Jong-seok to Kuwait, Ambassador Seo Min-jung to Norway, Ambassador Won Do-yeon to Uzbekistan, Ambassador Lim Joo-sung to Greece, Ambassador Choi Jin-won to Mongolia, Ambassador Lee Jang to Bolivia, Ambassador Yoon Hyun-soo to Qatar, and Ambassador Kwon Hyuk-woon to Senegal.
After presenting the letters of credence, President Yoon shook hands with the ambassadors and said, "Please travel safely and stay healthy."
The event was attended by Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yeol, National Security Office Director Jang Ho-jin, First Deputy Director of the National Security Office Kim Tae-hyo, and Senior Secretary for Public Relations Lee Do-woon.
