Won Hee-ryong, the People Power Party's presidential candidate, engaged in a heated exchange with the radio host during a live broadcast. The reason was the host's biased questions due to his long-standing friendship with candidate Han Dong-hoon.

On the morning of the 3rd, Won appeared on SBS Radio's 'Kim Tae-hyun's Political Show' and, when asked about 'Eodaehan' (Anyway, the party leader is Han Dong-hoon), he responded, "'Eodaehan' originally does not exist. It was created by the media." He added, "This is a vote by party members, but without a membership list, a public opinion poll was conducted with the general public. It has no relation whatsoever to the actual voting results."

Won continued, "I know well that the host has been a longtime close friend of former Chairman Han Dong-hoon, but the program should not be conducted with bias," adding, "I believe that would not be the case." The radio program's host, lawyer Kim Tae-hyun, is known to be a senior and junior alumnus with candidate Han at Seoul National University Law School by one year.

When lawyer Kim said, "Regardless of any personal relationship between me and candidate Han's side, I want to assure you that the program is being conducted very fairly," Won replied, "That really should be the case. I believe so." In response, Kim emphasized, "You can trust that. I hope there will be no misunderstandings among the listeners."

Later, when lawyer Kim mentioned candidate Han's claim about the 'Chae Sang-byeong third-party special prosecutor' and asked for Won's related stance, Won said, "I have already said that is sophistry," and protested again, "Host, you should not do that just because you are a friend of Han Dong-hoon." Kim responded, "It's not because of my personal relationship; I am asking out of curiosity."

Additionally, when asked about the possibility of unification with candidate Na Kyung-won, Won said, "The media keeps asking about that, but I ask the host, who is a friend of Han Dong-hoon, not to ask such questions."
