The 'Sanggong Awards' are established to reward companies that contribute to regional economic development, enhance corporate ethical values, and strive for co-growth with local communities. Hyungji Elite supports the growth of promising fashion talents by implementing an internship recruitment system and providing scholarships through industry-academia cooperation with prestigious universities that have campuses in Songdo, such as Ghent University and the State University of New York. Furthermore, they are committed to job creation by ensuring that internship recruitment leads to regular employment.

Support for budding fashion talents is also ongoing. Since 2017, they have continuously sponsored the 'High School Fashion Contest,' a fashion design competition for high school students, and in 2022, they participated in a high school talent recruitment fair to support hiring activities.

They also strive to fulfill corporate social responsibility. Employees have consistently participated in donations and volunteer activities such as contributions to the Community Chest of Korea, sharing bread, delivering briquettes, kimchi-making volunteer work, and rice sharing. Last year, they supported clothing to improve harmful environments for youth in Cambodia. Additionally, they are conducting youth volunteer activities to learn about and nurture national heritage in collaboration with the Cultural Heritage Administration, running the 'Elite National Heritage Keeper' campaign.

Hyungji Elite is also leading environmental protection efforts for the sustainable growth of the fashion industry. They sponsored the establishment of the Environmental Foundation's 'Global Eco Campus,' conducted the 'Cool Korea Challenge' campaign with the Korea Energy Agency, and launched eco-friendly clothing by introducing products using recycled materials for the first time in school uniforms.

Vice Chairman Choi Junho stated, “I am very honored that our efforts to contribute to the local community and the development of the fashion industry have been recognized,” adding, “We will continue to strive to create jobs and be a company that takes responsibility for activities benefiting the environment and society.”
