Boseong-gun Postpones 'National Mountain Bike Competition' to Autumn

Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that the "1st Boseong-gun Mayor's Cup National Mountain Bike Competition," originally scheduled to be held at Jaeamsan Natural Recreation Forest from July 6 to 7, has been postponed to autumn.

Boseong-gun decided to postpone the event to protect the safety and health of participants due to the recent continuous localized heavy rains and heatwaves.

Since the competition was suddenly postponed, they plan to make thorough preparations to hold a more substantial and well-organized event than originally planned.

An official from the county stated, "The safety and health of the residents and participants take priority over holding the event, so although it is regrettable, we decided to postpone it." He added, "The competition we have been preparing will be made even better and showcased in the autumn."
