Smart Food Cooking Department: On-site Training and Employment Support
Dong-eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Youngdo) recently established an organic partnership with Lee Heungyong Gwajajeom and signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement to exchange knowledge and information necessary for fostering local industries.
The signing ceremony, held on the 25th of last month, was attended by Kim Youngdo, President of Dong-eui Institute of Technology; Lee Hwaseok, Head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation; Han Jinsook, Dean of the Department of Culinary Arts and Food Service Industry; Park Chaemin, Professor of Smart Food Cooking; and Lee Heungyong, CEO of Lee Heungyong Gwajajeom Chilam Sagae.
The main contents of the agreement include: ▲ support for on-site training and employment of outstanding students from relevant departments (fields); ▲ joint development and education of major curricula; ▲ cooperation in tasks related to industry-commissioned education; ▲ mutual provision of technical information and research data; and ▲ mutual use of facilities and equipment.
Kim Youngdo, President of Dong-eui Institute of Technology, said, "Through this agreement, we will support students in related fields so that they can gain experience at various local industries and ultimately be linked to employment, thereby nurturing them as local talents."
Dongui Science University is signing an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Lee Heungyong Confectionery Chilamsagye.
