A spaceship-shaped vehicle was caught by police on a highway in the United States, drawing attention.
On the 1st (local time), foreign media including Fox News reported that police officers in Crawford County, Missouri recently spotted a uniquely shaped vehicle. According to the report, while managing traffic on the highway, police discovered a vehicle resembling a spaceship and stopped it. The spaceship vehicle had violated the lane and was displaying an expired license plate issued in Indiana. Considering the size of the vehicle, the police issued a written warning without a fine and urged the driver to operate safely to their destination.
It was investigated that the spaceship vehicle was heading from Crawford County to Roswell, New Mexico, to attend a UFO festival. Roswell is known as the place where an unidentified flying object (UFO) reportedly crashed on July 2, 1947. Every year, people who believe in the existence of UFOs gather in Roswell to hold a festival, and about 40,000 tourists visited the festival held in 2022.
The police officers who witnessed the spaceship-shaped vehicle took commemorative photos and posted them on social networking services (SNS). Through Facebook, the police posted a photo of the spaceship vehicle with the caption "A kind humanoid robot here for peace."
The post received more than 12,000 reactions on Facebook. Local netizens were amazed by the rare shape of the vehicle. Comments included "An alien has landed," and "Don’t mess with the aliens. They might have ray weapons."
