Samlip’s ‘Traditional Cream Bread’ is releasing four new products reflecting the cream recipes chosen by consumers. The new products were developed based on the cream selected in the ‘Cream Recipe Voting Event’ held at a pop-up store in May to celebrate the 60th anniversary of cream bread. The two traditional cream breads are divided into ‘Traditional Cream Bread Kkuun Butter,’ featuring a savory butter-flavored cream, and ‘Traditional Cream Bread Geuriunhantteolgi,’ with fresh berries for a sweet and tangy taste. They come in jumbo sizes with twice the capacity of existing products, increased cream quantity, and a moist bread texture. The two refrigerated desserts include ‘Fresh Cream Bread Orange Phil So Good,’ with soft brioche bread filled with sweet chocolate cream and tangy orange filling, and ‘Cream Bread Tteorol Kkuun Butter,’ a spoonable roll cake type with butter cream and almond flakes.
Angel-in-us launches 'Americhino Crush'
Angel-in-us is introducing ‘Americhino Crush,’ a renewed version of the popular summer menu Americhino. Americhino is an iced-only menu characterized by smooth espresso foam and rich flavor. Americhino Crush applies the heat conduction phenomenon by pouring hot water over the existing Americhino to create slush ice, maximizing the cold temperature while maintaining the deep flavor of Americhino. Compared to regular iced Americano, the average temperature of Americhino Crush was about 4.7℃ lower, and it was 1.9℃ lower than the existing Americhino.
Kkanbu Chicken introduces three side menus including cheese sticks
Kkanbu Chicken has launched three side menus to enjoy with chicken. The new products include ‘Cheese Stick,’ ‘Sweet Potato Cheese Ball,’ and ‘Onion Ring.’ Cheese Stick contains mozzarella and provolone cheese, offering a soft and savory flavor. Sweet Potato Cheese Ball combines sweet potato filling and mozzarella cheese for a sweet and savory taste, making it a light snack that appeals to all. SSG.com is selling sesame and perilla oils from the traditional oil roastery ‘Bangyudang.’ For over 50 years, Bangyudang has been producing traditional oils using only domestic sesame and perilla seeds. Their products, segmented by roasting temperature and time to control aroma and flavor, are popular. The 1st and 2nd stage products, roasted at low temperature for a short time, preserve the natural taste of the seeds and are suitable for salad dressings. The 3rd and 4th stage products, roasted longer at high temperature, maximize savory flavor and are ideal for adding to bibimbap, steamed dishes, and braised dishes.
