HDC Hyundai Development Company will accept voluntary subscription applications on the 5th (Friday) for the remaining units of ‘Seodaemun Central I-Park,’ being constructed in the Hong Eun-dong area of Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. Since the subscription is conducted through voluntary supply, anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account.
The complex consists of 12 buildings with a total of 827 units, ranging from three basement floors to 15 above-ground floors. Among these, 409 units with exclusive areas of 49 to 84㎡ will be sold to the general public. The resale restriction period is one year from the announcement date of the winners, and there is no obligation for actual residence.
‘Seodaemun Central I-Park’ offers a pleasant and nature-friendly residential environment with views of Bukhansan Mountain to the rear, Inwangsan Mountain to the front, and Ansan and Baekryeonsan Mountains to the west. The surrounding mountains feature Bukhansan National Park, Inwangsan Dulle-gil Trail, Ansan Jarak-gil Trail, and Baekryeonsan Green Forest Trail, allowing residents to enjoy changing natural scenery throughout the seasons, making it popular among local residents.
The nearby Hongjecheon Stream also attracts attention. Along the Hongjecheon bicycle path and walking trail, residents can access Nanji Hangang Park and Mangwon Hangang Park. There is also a waterside terrace caf? in front of Seodaemun Hongje Waterfall, providing diverse leisure and cultural activities.
‘Seodaemun Central I-Park’ stands out with its product features that allow residents to enjoy these natural conditions from inside their homes. The complex is primarily south-facing and designed with slab-type and tower-type floor plans to ensure excellent lighting and ventilation. For units with exclusive areas of 84㎡ or more, spacious dressing rooms are designed to provide excellent storage space. Additionally, units under 84㎡ feature open balconies (except for some units) to enhance comfort.
Moreover, the complex plans to offer separate floor plans that include terraces, adding to its appeal. Exclusive T84㎡ A, B, C, and D units will be supplied as terrace houses, allowing residents to fully enjoy the charm of the complex’s quadruple mountain surroundings. Community facilities include a G·X room, fitness center, reading room, small library, golf practice range, and a multipurpose room, enriching residents’ lifestyles.
Located in the heart of Seoul, the complex offers convenient commuting to various business districts. It is close to the Hong Eun and Hongje ramps, making it easy to access the Internal Circulation Road for travel to southwestern and eastern Seoul. Using Tongil-ro Road, residents can quickly and easily reach downtown areas such as Seoul Station and City Hall. Via Hongje Station on Subway Line 3, it takes about 10 minutes to major downtown areas like Jongno, Gwanghwamun, and City Hall, and about 20 minutes to Gangnam areas such as Apgujeong and Sinsa, making commuting by public transportation convenient.
The future value is also high, as the GTX-A line, which is actively being opened this year, is expected to be easily accessible. From Hongje Station on Seoul Subway Line 3, it is just three stops to Yeonsinnae Station, where the GTX-A line passes. The planned GTX-A line is approximately 83.1 km long, connecting Paju Unjeong, Goyang, Seoul, and Dongtan.
The model house for ‘Seodaemun Central I-Park’ is located in Wonheung-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, and voluntary subscription applications are accepted through the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription home website.
