Hwahae-SL Life Business Agreement
Support for Entry into Distribution Channels such as Olive Young and Kurly
Beauty platform Hwahae is helping small and medium-sized beauty brands enter major distribution channels in partnership with SL Life, a comprehensive health and beauty distribution company.
Birdview, the operator of Hwahae, announced on the 3rd that it has signed a business agreement with SL Life to support small and medium-sized beauty brands with excellent product quality but facing difficulties in market expansion. SL Life is an online and offline distributor and partner of major domestic distribution channels such as Olive Young and KakaoTalk Gift, managing the entry and operation of distribution for over 80 brands.
The two companies plan to discover small and medium-sized beauty brands through the Brand Boosting Program (BBP) and cooperate to help them expand their sales channels to major domestic distribution channels such as Olive Young and Kurly.
Hwahae supports the growth of promising small and medium-sized beauty brands by utilizing business tools such as BBP. It also provides brands with data based on 11 million users and 8.6 million product reviews. SL Life conducts consulting for entry into major domestic distribution channels targeting beauty brands whose growth potential has been verified through the Hwahae platform. After entry, it will perform its role as a distributor.
Lee Woong, CEO of Birdview, said, "Through this agreement, we expect small and medium-sized beauty brands collaborating with Hwahae to expand their market to major distribution channels such as Olive Young," adding, "We will spare no support so that brands that have grown through Hwahae can become the main players of K-Beauty."
