HL D&I Hanla will launch sales of 'Icheon Bubal Station Epyt' in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, later this month.

The complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, comprising 671 apartment units and 32 officetel units. The apartments have a exclusive area of 84㎡, while the officetels are supplied as ▲8 units of 94㎡ ▲24 units of 111㎡.

The complex is located a 5-minute walk from SK Hynix’s Icheon factory. Surrounding the complex are Gyeongchung-daero, Iseopdaecheon-ro, and Seongnam-Icheon-ro. Additionally, it is convenient to access Pangyo New Town and Seoul Gangnam via the Seoicheon IC on the Jungbu Expressway and the Icheon IC on the Yeongdong Expressway. Moreover, residents can walk to use the Gyeonggang Line railway, and the metropolitan area’s Great Train Express (GTX) Line D is planned to pass through Bubal Station.

Icheon Bubal Station Epyt is the first apartment complex to be sold by HL D&I Hanla after changing its brand name from 'Hanla Vivaldi' to 'Epyt' for the first time in 27 years.

Convenience facilities such as Hanaro Mart Bubal Nonghyup Sinhajeom, Icheon Jungang-ro Culture Street, Lotte Mart, E-Mart, and Gwango Traditional Market are clustered around the complex. Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Icheon Hospital and Icheon City Library are also nearby.

In the area surrounding the complex, the Bubal Station North District Urban Development Project is underway, developing a site of approximately 520,000㎡ with over 4,000 apartment units and elementary and middle schools.

Icheon Bubal Station Epyt plans to open a promotional center near the site and conduct sales consultations for visitors, allowing them to view floor plans and community facilities. The model house will open later this month.
