Additional Points Granted for Subsidy Support Projects in Selected Complexes
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province is accepting applications for the 'Model and Win-Win Management Complex' for apartment complexes and other multi-family housing within the city until the 26th.
The target is 460 multi-family housing complexes subject to mandatory management under the Multi-Family Housing Management Act. Mandatory management multi-family housing includes apartments with 300 or more households, or those with centralized heating (including district heating) or elevators installed with 150 or more households. Certain obligations are imposed, such as appointing a professional apartment manager and establishing a self-governing decision-making body.

The city divides the applicant complexes into three groups based on household size: ▲under 500 households (Group 1), ▲500 to under 1000 households (Group 2), and ▲1000 or more households (Group 3). They will evaluate performance and best practices in four areas?general management, facility safety and maintenance, community revitalization, and recycling and energy saving?through document and on-site inspections.
Based on the evaluation results, the city plans to recommend the highest-scoring complex in each group with a total score of 75 points or higher as a Gyeonggi Province Model and Win-Win Management Complex. The city will also select up to three model management complexes on its own, award commendations, and grant additional points for city multi-family housing subsidy projects for three years. Complexes wishing to participate can download the application form from the city website, complete it, and submit it in person to the Housing Management Team of the Housing Division at City Hall.
Meanwhile, last year, Central Park One Apartment in Seocheon-dong, Giheung-gu was selected as a Gyeonggi Province Model and Win-Win Management Complex, and the Yongin City Model and Win-Win Management Complexes included ▲Haedeun Village Dongmoon Good Morning Hill in Dongbaek-dong, Giheung-gu, and ▲Giheung Station Central Prugio Apartment in Gugal-dong, Giheung-gu.
