RaonSecure is collaborating with MyDataLab to assist university students in preparing for employment through its digital badge service, ‘OmniOne Badge.’
IT security and authentication platform company RaonSecure (CEO Soonhyung Lee, Jeonga Lee) announced on the 2nd that it has signed a ‘business agreement for a university joint project’ with AI employment preparation service company MyDataLab (CEO Jongil Jung) to help university students prepare for jobs using digital badges.
MyDataLab recently added a digital badge linkage feature to its AI-based employment preparation service, ‘NAIM.’ University students can easily retrieve and organize information such as educational history, certifications, competencies, and achievements from their digital badges linked to NAIM. Additionally, NAIM’s ‘self-analysis’ feature, which analyzes key competencies of job seekers, can utilize information based on digital badges. Digital badges written in foreign languages are also automatically translated into Korean through AI.
NAIM incorporates RaonSecure’s digital badge, ‘OmniOne Badge.’ The OmniOne Badge is a blockchain-based digital credential platform that is nearly impossible to forge or tamper with. Offered as a subscription service, it allows the issuance of various digital badges such as certificates, graduation proofs, course completions, and awards without building an internal system. For example, in February, Chung-Ang University utilized OmniOne Badges for acceptance certificates and extracurricular course completions for early admission students.
RaonSecure and MyDataLab plan to strengthen partnerships with universities through this business agreement. They will also jointly establish a business model strategy linking NAIM and OmniOne Badge, secure technological capabilities through mutual joint research, and build a cooperative system to develop differentiated services.
Jung Hyuncheol, Head of RaonSecure’s Service Division, said, “RaonSecure, which provides OmniOne Badge to contribute to innovative talent development through blockchain technology, and MyDataLab, which supports university students’ job activities with advanced services, are partners that can create synergy.” He added, “Through collaboration, we will expand university partnerships, provide differentiated services, and help outstanding talents secure employment at optimal companies.”
