Jinju Facilities Management Corporation Holds Appointment Ceremony for New Employees

First Employee Appointment Certificate Awarded
Facility Operation and Management Duties to Begin in September

Jinju City Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeongnam announced that it held a 'New Employee Appointment Ceremony' on the 2nd floor conference room of the corporation's headquarters on the 1st.

The appointment ceremony included the awarding of appointment letters, the reading of the oath, and a congratulatory speech by the chairman. After the ceremony, new employees received training on employee conduct, official document writing, and job ethics.

The newly appointed employees were selected through an open recruitment process, overcoming an average competition ratio of 21:1, and were finally accepted on May 31. There are 10 general staff members: 2 in administration and 8 in technical positions (3 in electricity, 3 in machinery, and 2 in environment).

The new employees appointed on this day will take over responsibilities at facilities such as Jinju General Sports Complex and other entrusted facilities, and will officially begin facility operation and management duties starting in September.

Chairman Jung Sangseop said, "I sincerely congratulate and welcome you for being appointed as new employees after overcoming high competition in the midst of difficult economic conditions and a tough job market. I hope you will take pride as members of the corporation and do your utmost to enhance the welfare of citizens and provide high-quality public services."

Meanwhile, 13 candidates for public service positions are scheduled to be appointed between August and September, taking into account the status of facility entrustment and workforce management conditions.
