2024 Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) Overall No.1 in All Categories
Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 2nd that it was selected as the No. 1 company in customer satisfaction across all after-sales service (AS) sectors for home appliances, mobile phones, and computers in the 2024 Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) organized by the Korea Standards Association.
The Korea Service Quality Index is a service quality evaluation jointly developed by the Korea Standards Association and the Seoul National University Business Research Institute, which announces the top company in each industry based on customer satisfaction from service experiences.

Samsung Electronics Service recorded the highest number and longest duration of customer satisfaction No. 1 rankings in the Korea Service Quality Index survey. In home appliance AS, it was ranked No. 1 in 21 out of 23 surveys conducted to date, while mobile phone and computer AS have maintained the No. 1 position for 21 and 23 years respectively.
In this year’s survey, it received the highest evaluations in service quality areas such as ▲professionalism and accuracy in service delivery ▲genuineness empathizing from the customer’s perspective ▲excellence in service usage environment.
