Gyeonggi Province will additionally disclose trends in housing sales and jeonse transaction volumes starting from the 2nd.
From this day, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will provide 'Real Estate Transaction Statistical Information' through the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal (gris.gg.go.kr), allowing users to easily understand real estate transaction trends such as sales and jeonse transaction volumes of apartments and detached houses by region, as well as transaction status by housing size.
This service provides information on sales and jeonse transaction volume trends for apartments, row houses, multi-family houses, detached houses, and multi-household houses by region, transaction status by housing size, sales and jeonse price indices, and rate of change.
The Real Estate Transaction Statistical Information service is designed to allow users to intuitively check Gyeonggi Province-related information based on data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Korea Real Estate Board, and Statistics Korea.
In particular, it enables comparison of transaction volumes and price changes between apartments and non-apartment housing types (row houses, multi-family, detached, multi-household), allowing users to observe market changes across various housing types. Regional statistics by city and county are updated monthly, and long-term data is also easily accessible.
Additionally, information is provided by transaction scale for sales and jeonse. Users can understand transaction status by housing size categories such as small, medium, and large, which is expected to assist consumers in their decision-making.
Gyeonggi Province plans to actively reflect user demands by conducting functionality improvements and satisfaction surveys targeting users of the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal and Gyeonggi Real Estate App for one month starting mid-month, continuously improving the website and app.
Yoon Jin-hoon, head of the Spatial Information Drone Team at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "Providing statistical information will strengthen transparency in the local real estate market and help with practical transaction decisions," adding, "We will make the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal easier and more convenient to use through continuous development of new content and functionality improvements."
