Rural Development Administration Yeonggwang Branch Director Park Tae-seon Conducts On-Site Inspection Ahead of Heavy Rainfall

The Korea Rural Community Corporation Yeonggwang Branch (Branch Manager Jeong Gyeonghun) announced on the 1st that Park Taeseon, Director of Infrastructure Projects, visited the site of the 'Bulgap District Flood Control Capacity Expansion Project' to receive a report on preparations for the rainy season and to inspect the emergency response system for disaster situations at the project site.

Director Park Taeseon said, "I urge caution in pre-release and inspections to prevent casualties and facility damage caused by strong winds and heavy rain," adding, "All employees must do their best to minimize damage to all facilities and farmland under the jurisdiction of the Yeonggwang Branch."

Meanwhile, the Yeonggwang Branch is operating a disaster safety situation room in preparation for the rainy season and is making every effort to strengthen disaster preparedness during the summer by inspecting drainage facilities.
