Daebang Industrial Development's 'Dongtan Station Daebang Elyum' has been ranking as the 'real-time number one search term' on real estate information sites such as 'Hogangnono' even before the model house opened. Since the recruitment announcement was posted on the 28th (Friday), as of 11 a.m. on the 29th (Saturday), about 11,000 people have been searching simultaneously in real time, showing great interest in the complex.
Earlier, Daebang Construction's 'Gwacheon Dietre Prestige' opened its model house on June 26th (Wednesday) in the Bisa-dong area of Dongan-gu, Anyang City. Despite being a weekday, about 2,000 people gathered on the opening day alone, and despite bad weather, about 20,000 people visited throughout the past weekend, creating a bustling scene.
A representative of Daebang Group (Daebang Construction, Daebang Industrial Development) stated, "Currently, the Gwacheon and Dongtan sites are receiving a lot of attention, competing for the number one spot in real-time search terms on real estate sites," and especially noted, "Both Gwacheon and Dongtan complexes are expected to gain more popularity as they are the last private sales in the area."
'Dongtan Station Daebang Elyum The Signature' is a complex subject to the price ceiling system for pre-sale prices, so despite the recent rapid increase in pre-sale prices, the prices have been set reasonably. The pre-sale price starts from around 445 million KRW for a 63㎡ exclusive area and from around 594 million KRW for an 82㎡ exclusive area. The complex is located in Osan-dong, Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with 464 apartments of 63㎡ and 82㎡ exclusive areas, and 88 officetels of 85㎡ and 86㎡ exclusive areas, totaling 552 households. Various innovative options are also planned, and it is expected to achieve the highest subscription competition rate near Dongtan Station.
The qualification requirements for first-priority subscription are also low. Anyone aged 19 or older residing in Hwaseong City or the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) can apply for subscription regardless of whether they are the head of household or a household member, and there is no limit on the number of houses owned. Even if the subscription score is low, since 40% of the supply is based on the scoring system and 60% on the lottery system, applicants can aim to win through the lottery system.
Subscription will proceed in order: special supply starting on July 8th (Monday), first priority on the 9th (Tuesday), and second priority on the 10th (Wednesday). Applications can be submitted on the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home website between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The announcement of successful applicants is scheduled for July 17th (Wednesday).
