LH Gwangju Jeonnam Supplies 400 National Rental Housing Units in Haenam-gun

Korea Land and Housing Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters (Head Jeong Sumi, hereinafter LH) will supply 400 national rental housing units in Haenam-gun, Jeonnam.

According to LH Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters on the 1st, national rental housing is public rental housing supplied at rental conditions of 60-80% compared to surrounding market prices to stabilize housing for low-income households without homes.

The Haenam Haeri 2BL national rental housing to be supplied this time is located at 696 Haeri, Haenam-eup, Haenam-gun, and is scheduled for occupancy in February 2026.

The Haenam Haeri 2BL national rental housing consists of a total of 400 units, divided into six housing types according to exclusive area (㎡). (▲29A 108 units, ▲29B 12 units, ▲37A 104 units, ▲37B 4 units, ▲46A 168 units, ▲46B 4 units)

The complex has good living conditions as Haenam-gun Office, administrative and educational facilities, and a general hospital are located within a 2 km radius, and Haenam General Bus Terminal, National Road No. 13, and National Road No. 18 are adjacent within a 1 km radius, making access to nearby cities and counties convenient.

Applications for subscription will be accepted online through LH Subscription Plus from the 12th to the 19th, and applicants who have difficulty applying online, such as the elderly, can visit the multipurpose room on the 1st floor of Haenam Culture and Arts Center with the required documents for on-site subscription from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the 16th and 17th.
