From July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029, Comprehensive Management and Operation of Nursing Home Facilities Entrusted for 5 Years
Hapcheon County, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 1st that it held a consignment agreement ceremony with Hoeam, a social welfare corporation, for the private consignment of Hapcheon County Elderly Nursing Home.
The county convened a Consignee Selection Review Committee to select a qualified and capable operator for the nursing home. Through an evaluation of the corporation's credibility, facility management track record, and nursing facility operation plans, Hoeam was selected as the final consignee.

Hoeam will be entrusted with the overall management and operation of the nursing home facilities for five years, from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029.
An official from the county stated, "We expect that the stable and efficient facility management by Hoeam, which has extensive experience and understanding of elderly care facilities, will most importantly lead to improved service quality for the residents."
In response, Hoeam expressed its commitment by saying, "We will do our utmost to provide high-quality services to the residents and operate the facility to the best of our abilities, utilizing the experience we have accumulated in operating welfare facilities for the elderly."
Hapcheon County Elderly Nursing Home is a welfare facility for the elderly located in Chogye-myeon, Hapcheon County. It provides support for physical activities and educational training to maintain and improve physical and mental functions for those who have difficulty living independently due to geriatric diseases and other conditions.
