Com2uS Platform Forms Strategic Partnership with Art Fragment Investment Company 'Yeolmae Company'

추진 of the Issuance of the '3rd Investment Contract Securities'

Com2uS Platform Forms Strategic Partnership with Art Fragment Investment Company 'Yeolmae Company'

Com2us Holdings' subsidiary Com2us Platform announced on the 1st that it has signed a strategic partnership with Yeolmae Company, an art piece fractional investment platform company.

Yeolmae Company operates 'Art & Guide,' which sells fractional ownership of world-renowned artworks. In December last year, it became the first in Korea to receive approval for investment contract securities from the Financial Supervisory Service. This is the first case where an individual's share, jointly purchased by dividing a tangible asset like a fraction, was recognized as a security under the Capital Markets Act.

Yeolmae Company has introduced 170 artworks worth approximately 43.2 billion KRW to date. Recently, it was selected as a prospective unicorn with global growth competitiveness by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The 'Pumpkin' by Yayoi Kusama, which was publicly offered as the first domestic investment contract security at the end of last year, showed a final subscription rate of 650%, demonstrating great success. Following that, last month, the company attracted attention by unveiling a work by Lee Ufan, a master of contemporary art, as the second fractional investment product.

The two companies will cooperate to promote the issuance of the '3rd investment contract security' to be conducted by Yeolmae Company. This includes the entire business process such as investment and marketing.

Additionally, leveraging Com2us Platform's digital content development capabilities and Yeolmae Company's business experience in issuing the first investment contract security, they plan to develop new businesses aligned with the blooming security token offering (STO) market.

Furthermore, prior to the implementation of token security services, they will carry out joint work to respond to regulations and secure market leadership.

Choi Seok-won, CEO of Com2us Platform, said, "Interest in the token security issuance business within the institutional framework is gradually increasing. This agreement will be a great opportunity to maximize the capabilities of both companies," adding, "Based on the expertise and experience of both companies, we will present new value."
