Nongshim Opens Stores for Foreigners to Enjoy K-Ramen
Open Daily from 6 AM Year-Round
From Cup Ramen-Shaped Dining Tables to Neoguri Photo Zones
A space where you can cook and eat Nongshim ramen with your desired toppings will be created at a hotel in Myeongdong, the "No. 1 tourist destination."
Nongshim announced on the 1st that, in collaboration with the hotel chain Skypark Group, it will open "Neoguri's Ramen Shop," where you can choose and eat Nongshim ramen, at "Hotel Skypark Myeongdong Branch 3" starting from the 3rd. This store allows foreign tourists visiting Myeongdong to comfortably enjoy K-ramen.
At Neoguri's Ramen Shop, visitors select their preferred ramen and toppings, and staff prepare and serve it using an instant cooker. It operates year-round from 6 a.m. daily until 1 a.m. the next day. The interior is designed to offer visual enjoyment with various K-ramen-themed displays, cup noodle-style dining counters, and a photo zone featuring the Neoguri character.
Nongshim plans to continue collaborative marketing with Skypark. Nongshim will incorporate modisumer recipes such as Shin Ramyun fried rice and Chapaguri into hotel breakfast and room service menus, and will also promote the sale of ramen gift sets and merchandise that tourists can purchase as souvenirs.
A Nongshim representative said, "Myeongdong is the area in Seoul with the highest proportion of foreign tourist visits and is emerging as a center of Korean culture where various foods and shopping can be enjoyed. We will introduce Nongshim’s flagship products at hotels with good accessibility for Myeongdong tourists and enable them to conveniently enjoy the authentic taste of K-ramen."
Meanwhile, "Hotel Skypark," which is collaborating with Nongshim on this project, is a hotel chain operating eight hotels nationwide and runs four hotels in Myeongdong alone, making it well-known among foreign tourists. Nongshim decided to open this experience space at Myeongdong Branch 3, which has the best accessibility due to its proximity to subway stations, airport bus stops, and city tour bus stops.
