Congratulations to 111 Scholars of the Mapo Talent Development Scholarship Foundation from Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District

Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, visited Majung Hall at Mapo Central Library on the afternoon of the 28th for the 2024 first half Mapo Talent Development Scholarship Foundation certificate awarding ceremony.

The scholarship recipients selected for the first half of this year include a total of 111 students, such as ▲Mapo Scholarship Students ▲Academic Excellence Scholarship Students ▲Talent Development Scholarship Students ▲Specialty Scholarship Students, with a total scholarship support amount of approximately 210 million KRW.

About 180 people attended the ceremony held to present the scholarship certificates, including Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, Han Il-yong, Chairman of the Mapo Talent Development Scholarship Foundation, sponsors, scholarship students, and their parents, making the event shine.

In his congratulatory speech, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, said, “I sincerely congratulate all of you who are receiving the scholarship certificates today,” and added, “I also thank the sponsors and the scholarship foundation who have supported the students’ dreams and futures.” He continued, “Mapo District will also accompany and advance together so that students can achieve their precious dreams.”
