Who Should Chief Choi Hogwon Appoint as Director of Yeongdeungpo District Office?... Considering Options

Executives and staff at Yeongdeungpo District Office are expected to face a series of promotions through the end of the year.


Yeongdeungpo District (District Mayor Choi Ho-gwon) plans to finalize three candidates for the second half 4th-grade promotions as of July 3.


Administrative Director Yoo Ok-jun, Welfare Director Kang Hyun-sook, and Safety and Transportation Director Lee Byung-soon will enter retirement for meritorious service at the end of this month.


Additionally, Planning and Finance Director Jeong Eon-taek and Living Environment Director Kim Jeong-ah will retire for meritorious service by the end of the year.


All five current administrative directors will step down by the end of the year.


Accordingly, the following have been confirmed as candidates for 4th-grade promotion: General Affairs Manager Noh Sang-ok, Autonomous Administration Manager Choi Bong-soon, Future Education Manager Cha Hae-yeop, Culture and Sports Manager Kim Hyeong-seong, Planning and Budget Manager Seok Seung-min, Welfare Policy Manager Jang O-gyeong, Senior and Disabled Manager Jo Mi-yeon, Street Landscape Manager Kang Byeong-min, Urban Safety Manager Seo Yeon-nam, Health and Hygiene Manager Im Seon-young, Yeongdeungpo-dong Chief Kim Yong-sul, and Singil 6-dong Chief Cha Mun-cheol.


Among them, three candidates are expected to be promoted to 4th grade this time.


Yeongdeungpo District disclosed the promotion review plan and candidates on the 28th, collected work performance reports, conducted a public verification of work performance on July 1, carried out multi-faceted evaluations by July 2, and will decide and announce the promotion candidates as of July 3.
