Kyowon Wells announced on the 28th that it has completed patent applications for five new technologies applied to its new ice water purifier product, 'Ice One.'
The patents filed by Kyowon Wells involve technology that maximizes the ice room space while minimizing the product size through a thin panel-type double-tube cooling device. It also includes technical features that prevent product freezing and improve ice defrosting and hot water performance.
Specifically, these include ▲optimization of the cold water generation unit structure ▲water drainage system to prevent condensation ▲improved defrosting structure ▲slimming and enhanced hygiene of the water purifier ▲hot water bubble separation technology.
The 'Ice One Ice Water Purifier,' which incorporates these patented technologies, boasts an industry-leading large-capacity ice room of 1 kg despite its compact size of 23 cm in width and 48 cm in height, among the smallest in the industry. It supports stable use through a structure that aids ice defrosting and a system that prevents freezing. Bubbles generated during the hot water production process are removed in real-time to prevent water splashing or interruption, maintaining a consistent water flow.
A Kyowon Wells representative stated, "Through this patent application, we have demonstrated our technological capabilities and expect to strengthen Ice One's competitiveness and differentiation in the ice water purifier market. We will continue research and development to provide customers with even better products and services."
