New Robot Vacuum Cleaner Launched
Featuring Added Edge Cleaning Function
Roborock announced on the 28th that it will launch a new robot vacuum cleaner, the 'Roborock S8 Max Ultra'.
This new product features powerful vacuuming and mopping functions combined with the unique edge cleaning feature first introduced in the 2024 flagship model. When the cleaner detects corners in the space, the FlexiArm Design™ side brush automatically extends to thoroughly gather dust for suction. The rotating extra edge mop cleans spaces within 1.68mm of the wall edges.
The Roborock S8 Max Ultra boasts an impressive suction power of 8000Pa and Roborock's proprietary sonic vibration technology, the 'VibraRise 3.0 system'. The high-speed dual vibration module, operating at 4000 times per minute, effectively removes various stains and dirt. In carpeted areas, the auto lifting function raises the mop up to 20mm off the floor to prevent secondary contamination.
Additionally, the PreciSense® LiDAR navigation scans the cleaning area and simultaneously creates a map to clean along the most efficient route. Equipped with a Reactive 3D obstacle recognition sensor that identifies and avoids 42 types of objects, it enables smoother cleaning performance.
The all-in-one dock with automatic maintenance offers 8-in-1 functions including ▲up to 60°C hot water mop washing ▲hot air drying of the mop ▲dock self-cleaning ▲intelligent dust detection ▲automatic dust emptying ▲automatic water tank refilling ▲automatic detergent dispenser ▲off-peak charging. Washing the mop with hot water removes 99.99% of bacteria, and the mop and dock base are completely dried with 60°C hot air to prevent mold growth. The product is available in one color: white.
