All Members Participated in Writing and Composing All Songs
The 'self-producing idol' group (G)I-DLE has announced the return of the summer queen.
On the 27th, their agency Cube Entertainment revealed the tracklist for (G)I-DLE's 7th mini album, ‘I SWAY’.
According to the tracklist, the title track of (G)I-DLE's new album is ‘Klaxon’. Including this, the album contains a total of four songs: ‘Last Forever’, ‘Bloom’, and ‘Neverland’.
‘Klaxon’ is a song in which leader Soyeon participated in all processes including lyrics, composition, and arrangement. Pop Time, Daily, and Likey, who contributed to (G)I-DLE’s hit songs such as ‘Queencard’ and ‘Super Lady’, collaborated once again on composition and arrangement.
With this album, (G)I-DLE expands their musical world as a self-producing idol group. Member Yuqi participated in composing and writing the lyrics for ‘Last Forever’, and Minnie also took part in composing and writing the lyrics for ‘Bloom’. Additionally, they prepared a special fan song titled ‘Neverland’, named after their official fan club, as the final track.
(G)I-DLE’s 7th mini album ‘I SWAY’ will be released on July 8. Following the album activities, they will perform on their 2024 world tour in Seoul at the KSPO Dome (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena) in Songpa-gu on August 3 and 4.
Starting from Seoul, (G)I-DLE will hold world tour concerts in 14 cities worldwide, including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Tacoma, Auckland, Anaheim, Houston, Rosemont, Belmont Park, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, Melbourne, and Sydney.
