The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization held the ‘13th KkiTour Press Corps Fam Tour’ in Anseong City on the 27th to promote and expand sales of the ‘Gyeonggi Tour Pass,’ which went on sale in early June.
The KkiTour Press Corps is a group of specialized travel writers in Gyeonggi Province who visit various tourist sites within the province, create review-based travel content based on their experiences, and post it on the ‘Gyeonggi Tourism Platform’ and their personal blogs. Their activities run from May through November, and members receive monthly writing fees.
This fam tour was planned to widely promote the usefulness and convenience of the Gyeonggi Tour Pass to tourists.
The 14 KkiTour Press Corps members who participated in the event used the ‘Gyeonggi Tour Pass Integrated Ticket (24-hour pass)’ to directly visit affiliated facilities in Anseong City, including Anseong Farmland, Anseong Matchum Land, Old Time (Western-style restaurant), and Pungsanirang (cafe), and after covering these locations, they posted their reports on the ‘Gyeonggi Tourism Platform’ and their personal blogs.
On the same day, the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization also conducted a live broadcast at Pungsanirang targeting followers of the ‘Gyeonggi Tourism Instagram.’
The broadcast theme was ‘Enjoying a Wise Summer Life in Gyeonggi-do,’ providing fun and useful information about the launch of the Gyeonggi Tour Pass, recommended courses, and places to visit, vacation spots, and festivals in Gyeonggi-do in July.
A representative from the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization stated, "Based on the results of this fam tour, we plan to introduce more diverse tourism content to contribute to the revitalization of tourism and the local economy within the province. Since the content created on the Gyeonggi Tourism Platform is posted in real time, we expect it to effectively convey the charm of Gyeonggi-do to domestic and international tourists."
