Naver Tentatively Agrees to 5.8% Wage Increase This Year

Naver labor and management have tentatively agreed on a 5.8% wage increase this year.

According to related industries on the 27th, Naver labor and management conducted collective wage negotiations (wage negotiations) from the previous day until the morning of the 27th and tentatively agreed on a 5.8% increase rate. However, this is slightly lower compared to Kakao's wage increase rate of 6.2%.

This increase rate is 1 percentage point higher than last year's 4.8%. Previously, the management proposed a 4.8% increase, and negotiations continued for about six months.

The Naver labor union plans to announce and hold briefing sessions on the wage negotiation results for one week, and then finalize the wage increase rate through a vote by union members.
