Korea Airports Corporation Launches 'KAC Airport Online Duty-Free Service'
Starting at Gimpo, Gimhae, and Jeju International Airports
Opening Event... Up to 25% Off Until Next Month 8
Lotte Duty Free announced on the 27th that it has launched the first online duty-free service at airports in collaboration with Korea Airports Corporation.
The "KAC Airport Online Duty-Free Service," opened by Lotte Duty Free together with Korea Airports Corporation, is a service that allows customers departing through Gimpo, Gimhae, and Jeju International Airports to shop duty-free online in advance.

Duty-free products can be viewed on the Korea Airports Corporation or each airport's website, and when purchasing, customers are redirected to a page separately established by Lotte Duty Free to complete the payment. After payment is completed, customers can pick up their products at Lotte Duty Free stores in Gimpo, Gimhae, and Jeju airports without needing to visit the delivery counter in the airport duty-free zone.
The KAC Airport Online Duty-Free Store allows duty-free purchases up to one hour before departure. Previously, online purchases through internet duty-free stores required ordering at least three hours before boarding due to transportation time to the airport. Since the online duty-free service is a pre-order system for products sold at airport duty-free stores, orders can be placed up to one hour before departure.
To celebrate the opening of the airport online duty-free service, Lotte Duty Free and Korea Airports Corporation are running a promotion. Until the 8th of next month, a total of 22 products including cosmetics, eyewear, liquor, and food will be discounted by up to 25%. They plan to offer various events such as purchase giveaways and prize draws in the future.
A Lotte Duty Free official stated, "We expect the convenience for customers departing through Gimpo, Gimhae, and Jeju International Airports to improve as they can purchase duty-free products online up to one hour before departure," adding, "Lotte Duty Free will continue to collaborate with Korea Airports Corporation in various ways to improve online and offline shopping infrastructure."
Meanwhile, Lotte Duty Free currently operates three airport duty-free stores in Korea (Gimpo Airport Store, Gimhae Airport Store, Jeju Airport Store), four downtown duty-free stores (Myeongdong Main Store, World Tower Store, Busan Store, Jeju Store), and an in-flight duty-free store for Jeju Air.
