On the 24th, a post titled "The driver is blocking the parking lot and not answering calls" was uploaded on an online community. The author, Mr. A, began by saying, "I tried contacting the vehicle's phone number, but the driver does not answer."

In the photos shared by Mr. A, a black sedan is seen blocking the alley. According to Mr. A's explanation, the alley is presumed to be a passage residents must use to access the parking lot. There is no phone number attached to the vehicle's front windshield.

Mr. A stated, "The police responded to the report but kept repeating that 'there is nothing they can do,'" and added, "I was seriously obstructed in passing through, but this is the first time such a situation has happened, so I don't know how to handle it. It's really frustrating."
