Busan City will host the '2024 Busan Mobility Show' at BEXCO from June 27 to July 7 under the theme 'Becoming the Center of the Next Mobility World.'
This year's '2024 Busan Mobility Show' will move beyond the traditional exhibition-focused motor show to welcome visitors with a variety of rich content, not only displays but also experiences and entertainment.
The event will unveil a large lineup of new cars and concept cars by brand, including five world premieres, as well as unique vehicles such as supercars, classic cars, and tuning cars. There will also be opportunities to encounter a wide range of mobility solutions, including marine mobility, secondary batteries, leisure mobility, and electric two-wheelers.
Experience programs will include brand new car test drives, classic car and supercar experiences, off-road ride-alongs, motion simulator experiences, and car seatbelt safety demonstrations.
In addition, the 'Busan Craft Beer Festival,' which will add to the romantic summer nights, will take place from July 3 to 7 at the outdoor exhibition area of BEXCO's Exhibition Hall 1, enhancing the festival atmosphere with refreshing craft beer and food from food trucks.
Concurrent events include the Korea Camping Car Show, Auto Manu-Fac, and the Busan Robot Automation Industry Exhibition, offering opportunities for diverse exhibitions and industrial exchanges related to mobility.
During the event, the Next Mobility Technical Conference 2024 and seminars will also be held, where industry experts will participate to present the future direction of mobility, providing insights into industry trends and future prospects.
On the morning of June 28 at 10 a.m., an opening ceremony will be held at BEXCO's Exhibition Hall 1 to officially mark the start of the event.
Mayor Park Hyungjoon, Kim Kwangmyung, Chairman of the Planning and Finance Committee of the City Council, Park Dongil, Director General for Manufacturing Industry Policy at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Yang Jaesaeng, President of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, members of the National Assembly, related organizations, political and business leaders, academia, media, civic groups, and participating company representatives will attend to celebrate the opening.
Prior to this, a press day event for the media will be held on June 27.
