KOSDAQ-listed company Dimoa announced on the 26th that it will additionally acquire 1,438,848 shares of its affiliate IOK, which is engaged in broadcasting program production and distribution, for 6 billion KRW.
After the stock acquisition, Dimoa's stake in IOK will be 35.41%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 5th of next month.
Dimoa stated that the purpose of the stock acquisition is "additional share acquisition and strategic investment."
