Caring Nursing Services to Hire Double-Digit Social Workers in the Second Half of the Year

CareRing, a nursing care service startup, announced on the 26th that it will hire double-digit numbers of social workers in the second half of this year to ensure the sustainable growth of its long-term care business.

The social worker position is a core role in the long-term care business, responsible for assessing the health status of elderly individuals in need of care, providing care consulting tailored to their personal environment, and regularly visiting to monitor changes in their condition. This recruitment will be conducted on a nationwide, rolling basis, prioritizing graduates or soon-to-be graduates from universities in the respective regions, thereby contributing to local job creation.

Currently, CareRing employs about 200 social workers, and it is expected that the number of social workers hired will more than double by 2025 when the integrated home care infrastructure for 100 locations is completed. As part of building the nationwide integrated home care infrastructure, CareRing hired about 70 social workers in the first half of this year.

In addition to social workers, CareRing is conducting rolling recruitment across all job categories nationwide, including nursing assistants, nurses, nurse aides, occupational therapists, cooks, and drivers, with the number of hires in local areas expected to increase further.
