Daesang’s Cheongjeongwon is releasing a new product called 'Boneless Crispy Butter Garlic Chicken.' This new product is topped with a butter garlic sauce made by adding garlic aroma to Isigny butter, one of France’s three premium butters. The chicken breast, sourced domestically and aged at low temperature for over 16 hours, is coated with batter and fried twice, then thinly and evenly coated with the butter garlic sauce. Cheongjeongwon’s unique sauce manufacturing technology ensures it does not burn easily even at high cooking temperatures. When cooking with an air fryer, preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes and cook for 11 minutes; when using an oven, cook for 13 minutes to achieve freshly fried boneless chicken.
