Top Musical Star Hong Kwang-ho
Musical actor Hong Kwang-ho (41) is reported to have purchased a penthouse at Acro River Park (Aripak), the prime property in Banpo, Seoul, for 11 billion KRW.
On the 25th, Biz Hankook reported, "The highest-priced buyer of the Acro River Park apartment in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, whose ownership transfer was completed on the 10th, is said to be Hong Kwang-ho." The previous highest price was 6.8 billion KRW, traded in May 2022.
The unit purchased by Hong Kwang-ho is the building closest to the Han River, a penthouse with one unit per floor. It has a net area of 234.8㎡ (71 pyeong) and a supply area of 313.8㎡ (95 pyeong). It consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with an excellent view of the Han River. It is known that Hong Kwang-ho took out a real estate mortgage loan of 4.4 billion KRW under the name of his wife and actress Kang Ye-sol when purchasing Acro River Park.
Acro River Park is a complex that residents moved into in August 2016. In September 2019, the price for small and medium-sized units surpassed 100 million KRW per 3.3㎡, ushering in the "100 million KRW per pyeong era," making it one of the representative high-priced apartments. In particular, this place is known as a so-called "celebrity apartment" because many famous entertainers live there.
