The Suwon District Prosecutors' Office stated, "Going forward, we will closely cooperate with related organizations such as the Ministry of Justice Immigration Office, Gyeonggi Province, Hwaseong City Hall, Hwaseong Western Police Station, and the Labor Office to actively provide economic support such as living expenses and funeral costs to victims and bereaved families, legal support through the Korea Legal Aid Corporation and Legal Home Doctor, and psychological healing support linked with the Smile Center. We will also continuously seek additional support measures and do our utmost to assist the victims."

Prior to this, considering that this incident is a 'serious accident' involving multiple casualties, the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office formed a dedicated investigation team the day before.

The investigation team, led by Deputy Chief Prosecutor Ahn Byung-soo and composed of seven prosecutors from the Public Investigation Division and Criminal Division 3, obtained autopsy warrants through direct postmortem examinations to determine the causes of death of the deceased and began conducting autopsies on the victims from the afternoon of the same day.

A representative of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office stated, "We will strictly investigate the specific circumstances of the accident and the responsibility involved in close cooperation with related agencies such as the National Police Agency, Labor Office, and Fire Agency, while also doing our best to support the victims and bereaved families."
