Yeongyang County in North Gyeongsang Province held a training session on courteous and special civil complaint response for all staff members on the 25th in the main conference room of Yeongyang County Office, aiming to strengthen their civil complaint handling capabilities and provide trusted administrative services.
Yeongyang County conducted training on employee friendliness and handling of unusual civil complaints.
This training was organized to effectively respond to complex and diverse civil complaints, create a safe working environment, and deliver highly satisfactory administrative services to residents.
With an external professional instructor invited, the training covered practical topics helpful for real civil complaint situations, such as the importance of positive language, telephone etiquette required for non-face-to-face responses, and methods for politely refusing and handling unusual complaints according to proper procedures.
County Governor Oh Dochang said, "I hope this training will strengthen our staff's ability to handle civil complaints and help us provide administrative services that satisfy our residents. I will also do my best to create a safe working environment that protects public officials from illegal acts by complainants."
Yeongyang County is striving to improve the quality and friendliness of its civil complaint services through various initiatives, including civil complaint response evaluations, service satisfaction surveys, staff telephone etiquette monitoring, and awards for exemplary employees.
