Discussion on Nurturing Workforce Needed by SMEs Held on the 24th at Korea Polytechnics Seoul Gangseo Campus
The Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Federation of SMEs announced on the 25th that it visited Korea Polytechnic University Seoul Gangseo Campus on the 24th to hold the '2024 3rd Seoul BIZ-UP CEO Forum' for sharing information on training technical personnel needed by small and medium-sized enterprises.

About 20 CEOs attended the meeting. They listened to explanations about the training courses for cultivating excellent professionals at Korea Polytechnic University Seoul Gangseo Campus and discussed ways to nurture and secure personnel needed by SMEs.
In addition, to promote collaboration among forum member companies and generate convergent business ideas, the case of PowerGen, the nation's top business automation solution company, was shared by CEO Lee Jung-kyu.
Ji-hyun, chairman of the CEO Forum, said, "Securing excellent professionals for SMEs is as important as independent technology development," adding, "This visit was a meaningful opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of training specialized technical personnel."
