This Man Sold 4,000 Kia Cars, Averaging 167 Units Per Year

A salesperson at Kia has achieved the milestone of 4,000 cumulative sales, becoming the 30th to do so.

Kia announced on the 25th that Jin Yu-seok, Senior Auto Consultant at the Seoul Shingu-ro branch, reached 4,000 cumulative sales and was promoted to 'Grand Master.'

Senior Jin joined Kia in 2001 and has sold an average of 167 vehicles per year over 23 years, totaling 4,000 sales. He said, "Not only the customers who purchased vehicles but also those who only consulted with me have maintained ongoing individual relationships." He added, "Helping customers feel that they are 'precious customers' was the greatest driving force that brought me to this position."

Kia presented Senior Jin with a plaque and a reward vehicle.

Meanwhile, Kia operates various reward programs such as the Long-term Sales Honor Award system and Kia Star Awards to encourage sales staff who do their best in the field and promote healthy sales competition. Additionally, titles are awarded based on sales performance, including Star (cumulative sales of 2,000 units), Master (3,000 units), Grand Master (4,000 units), and Great Master (5,000 units).
