Gangnam Healing Center to Host Expert Lectures on Relationship Habits on July 6, Eating Habits on August 31, Mind Habits on September 27, and Exercise Habits on October 18
Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) will host special lectures by inviting notable figures once a month from July to October at the Gangnam Healing Center (Gaepo).
The Gangnam Healing Center operates differentiated healing specialized courses aimed at improving habits in four areas: exercise, mind, relationships, and food. In addition to regular courses, various planned programs are offered, and last year’s lectures featuring notable figures from the four fields received great responses. This year, the special lectures will continue to share stories about creating good habits in daily life and living a happy life together with experts.
The first lecture on July 6 will focus on the theme of ‘Relationship Habits.’ Psychiatrist Dr. Jeong Woo-yeol will talk about mind management methods to reduce stress in human relationships.
On August 31, a lecture on ‘Eating Habits’ will be held. Nutritionist Kim Min-ji, who gained attention for her luxury school meals, will share information about anti-aging diets.
On September 27, the theme will be ‘Mind Habits,’ featuring guest Woo Jong-young, a tree doctor. He plans to share life wisdom learned from trees during his 30 years of caring for them at life’s turning points.
The series will conclude on October 18 with a lecture on ‘Exercise Habits.’ Oriental medicine doctor Park Yong-hwan, who runs a YouTube channel with 400,000 subscribers called Gangnam Heojun, will talk about immune exercise managed through habits.
Those who wish to attend the lectures can apply one week before the lecture date via the Gangnam Healing Center mobile app or the Gangnam-gu integrated reservation site. By subscribing to the Gangnam Healing Center KakaoTalk channel, participants can receive the latest information about courses and various program news first.
Jo Seong-myeong, Mayor of Gangnam-gu, stated, “The Gangnam Healing Center operates differentiated specialized courses and was so popular last year that the number of users reached about 100,000. I hope that the lively stories from experts in the lectures will be an opportunity to change daily habits and live a happy life.”
